Understand who holds the supply,
who controls it and what remains unknown.
Concentrated holdings and connected supply can amplify a sudden sell-off. Lower reported exposure reduces those specific warning signs; it does not establish that a token is safe.

What does SolanaRugCheck investigate?
Token controls, available pool liquidity, reported holders and RugCheck-reported insider networks. It explains these findings together, with missing evidence clearly marked.
Can a report predict a rugpull or a price crash?
No. Reports describe available evidence at lookup time. A sudden sell-off can occur even when the reported numbers look healthy, and future issuer or holder behavior remains unknown.
Why do the top 10 holders matter?
When a small number of owners control a large share of supply, a few sellers can overwhelm available liquidity. The report excludes known pool and burn addresses where identified; exchange wallets may still appear.
What are insiders and connected wallets?
Insider findings come from RugCheck-reported wallet networks. Connections can indicate shared exposure, but they do not prove common ownership or intent. Overlapping networks are shown separately rather than summed.
Can high insider exposure cause a sudden drop?
Connected holders selling at the same time can create concentrated selling pressure, especially in a shallow pool. High exposure is a reason for further investigation, not proof that a rugpull will occur.
Does the scanner detect bundlers?
It does not verify launch bundles or provide a confirmed bundler count. Bundled acquisition can distribute supply across several wallets, so holder concentration alone cannot rule it out.
Does the scanner detect snipers?
It does not verify sniper accounts or early-entry transactions. Detecting them requires launch timing and transaction-level evidence that is outside this report’s current coverage.
What if the holder and insider numbers look clean?
Low reported concentration and limited reported insider exposure reduce those specific warning signs. Missing networks, unverified launch activity, issuer controls and changes after the lookup can still create risk.
Does locked liquidity make a token safe?
No. Active token controls, concentrated holdings and other pools can still create risk. Provider LP coverage does not verify a lock expiry date or guarantee that an exit will remain available.
Why is a metric marked unknown or unverified?
The provider has not supplied enough evidence to establish it, or the check is outside current coverage. Missing evidence never becomes a zero or a clean result.
Why is the contract address important?
Names, symbols and artwork can be copied. Confirm the exact Solana mint address using reliable project sources and compare it with the full CA shown in the listing and report.
Are $DOGE and $CATE the original projects?
These sample buttons search Solana listings with those symbols. Symbols can be reused, and a Solana listing does not establish any connection to an original project. Choose and verify the exact mint address.
Do I need to connect a wallet?
No wallet connection, signature or account is required. All lookups are read-only.
Where does the data come from?
RugCheck supplies Solana security observations and reported networks. DEX Screener supplies listings and available market context. Each report identifies its providers and retrieval time.
How current is a report?
The report shows when the data was retrieved. Results may be cached in memory for up to 60 seconds, while public providers can be delayed, unavailable or rate limited.
Which network is supported?
This product is built specifically for Solana. Use a Solana token mint address; Ethereum contracts and other networks are not supported.
Is SolanaRugCheck affiliated with Solana?
SolanaRugCheck is an independent research tool built for Solana tokens. It does not claim official endorsement.
